    Standards for gas distribution are much lower than standards for electric distribution.
    The main reason is that the cost for pressure control and flow control of gas are a lot more than the cost of voltage and current flow control of electricity.

    Like most things, we get what we are willing to pay for!

      I demand that Massachusetts ban all use of natural gas and go strictly to solar and wind for their power needs. Let’s see how they do next winter.
