Alliant has hired Arlene Potts as vice president within its Employee Benefits Group.
Potts is based in Suffolk, Va., and will work with a portfolio of clients to provide strategic employee benefits services that aim to reduce healthcare costs and optimize organizational performance.
Prior to joining Alliant, Potts was a senior associate with a large, national employee benefits and insurance brokerage firm. While there, Potts serviced a diverse base of clients with both regional and national operations, consulting on an array of health, wellness and employee retention initiatives.
