Alliant, a Newport Beach, Calif.-headquartered provider of property and casualty, workers’ compensation, employee benefits, surety and financial products and services, has hired Joe Clifton to its Employee Benefits Group as vice president.
Based in the company’s Fair Haven, N.J., office, Clifton will work with clients across the region to deliver customized benefits services that reduce operating costs and provide a competitive advantage for the organization.
Clifton joins Alliant with expertise in benefits and specialized experience working in the health and wellness industry.
Prior to joining Alliant, Clifton was vice president of business development for a nationwide healthcare management firm. He also has experience on the client side of the business, serving as director of benefits for Jet Aviation, a general dynamics company.
