Maine Company Whose Worker Died from Roof Fall Faced Safety Fines

    OSHA has fined them several times over the past few years. That could be a pattern of not being safe on the part of the roofing company. Maybe OSHA should have been more diligent in their inspections (more of them) which may have prevented this accident. Who got fined again???

      Jack, there is a good reason why roofing rates are among the highest in WC. Wonder where this roofing contractor’s carrier was. Maybe he was going bare. OSHA is basically a worthless bureaucracy and fine collector.

        Surely you don’t serve the construction or manufacturing industries?

        An impossible OSHA inspection load isn’t helped by you folks attempting to defund and deregulate such agencies –
