Alliant has hired Martin Hayden, Jr. to its Philadelphia team as vice president.
In this position, Hayden will provide customized risk and insurance and consulting services to his client base.
Hayden is a risk and insurance professional with a focus on understanding an organization’s total cost of risk. He has expertise in the utilization of alternative financing tools, including captive insurance programs.
Prior to joining Alliant, Hayden was an insurance broker and risk manager with a national insurance and risk management firm based in Philadelphia. He also has financial expertise, recently serving as a credit analyst with WSFS Bank in Delaware.
