New Jersey’s Jimcor Agency Adds Three Sales Team Members

Jimcor Agency Inc., a Montvale, N.J.-based independent managing general agent and insurance wholesaler, has hired Michael Hogan, Kyle Lacertosa and Victoria Stern.

These three new sales team members serve as brokerage specialists writing both brokerage and binding business.

Hogan is a satellite based in Indianapolis, Ind., expanding Jimcor’s footprint in the Midwest with a focus on workers’ compensation. He began his insurance career at Sentry Insurance where he sold property, casualty and workers’ compensation insurance in the Nashville, Tenn., territory. Most recently, he worked as a field underwriter for Michigan Commercial Insurance Mutual, where he was responsible for growth in the Indiana and Illinois territories.

Lacertosa works out of Jimcor’s Long Island office located in Plainview, N.Y. He began his insurance broker career at Risk Placement Services in 2014, in which he focused on all aspects of the New York construction market and casualty placements. At Jimcor, he will continue to expand his expertise in the N.Y. construction markets and other hard-to-place risks.

Stern relocated from New York City, N.Y., to Jimcor’s Georgia office located in Duluth. Stern’s insurance career began at Scottish American in 2016, where she was an associate producer. In April 2018, she continued her career as an underwriter for Risk Placement Services. At Jimcor, she will focus on building clientele in the Southeast region.

This is the most recent announcement from Jimcor as it continues expansion of operations nationally.
