Morrison Mahoney Hires Gyllenborg to Corporate Transactions Group

Morrison Mahoney has hired Eric J. Gyllenborg as a partner in its Corporate Transactions group in Boston, Mass.

Gyllenborg is a corporate lawyer with a particular focus on commercial lending, private securities offerings, venture capital, private equity, finance, employment, medical and technology transfer matters, representation of closely held businesses and general corporate matters.

He advises clients on an array of matters and has handled numerous transactions on behalf of institutional lenders, business owners, family-owned enterprises, entrepreneurs and private investors. He assists clients with structuring, negotiating and documenting commercial loans, start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, asset sales and other business needs. He also represents lenders and borrowers in all types of financing transactions.

With more than 180 attorneys and 10 offices in the Northeast, Morrison Mahoney works with its clients in practice areas, including commercial and business litigation, product liability and tort litigation, construction, hospitals and health systems, employment and labor, professional liability, cybersecurity, privacy and data protection, transportation law and workers’ compensation.
