So you should be blaming the FAA, whose Deputy Administrator the year before that was appointed by Trump. I doubt you’ll blame the FAA, though, since it was being run by a Trumpian.
The FAA is asleep (it’s their jurisdiction). It looks like FlyNYON is going to do whatever it can (payoffs, skirting laws, etc.) to keep the money rolling in.
