      Of course you’re shocked – you didn’t read the article which said NY didn’t have authority to regulate it, but NY did report it multiple times to the FAA. So you should be blaming the FAA, whose Deputy Administrator the year before that was appointed by Trump. I doubt you’ll blame the FAA, though, since it was being run by a Trumpian.

    The FAA is asleep (it’s their jurisdiction). It looks like FlyNYON is going to do whatever it can (payoffs, skirting laws, etc.) to keep the money rolling in.
