New York’s Preferred Mutual Hires Raue as Senior Vice President of Claims

Preferred Mutual Insurance Company has hired Michelle Raue as senior vice president of claims.

In this role, Raue will be responsible for building the vision and executing the strategy to deliver an innovative and differentiated claims experiences for the organization, its agents and its policyholders.

Raue brings to Preferred Mutual more than 30 years of claims, operational and leadership knowledge. Most recently, she was vice president of claims with Lyft Inc., where she built its in-house claim organization, focusing on claims and care management, policyholder and corporate services, as well as customer experience initiatives.

Prior to her experience at Lyft Inc., she held various executive leadership positions in claims.
