Graham Company, a Philadelphia, Penn.-based insurance and employee benefits broker, has appointed John Baxter to senior vice president of Employee Benefits.
In this role, Baxter will be responsible for leading the operations and strategic direction for the Employee Benefits Division.

Baxter brings to the position experience purchasing employee benefits programs while serving as chief financial officer (CFO) for large companies in the construction and manufacturing industries. More recently, he has served as CFO of Graham Company.
In business for 60 years, Graham Company designs customized property and casualty, surety and employee benefits programs for its clients to protect employees and prevent losses. Graham Company’s Employee Benefits Division launched in 2005. With offices in Philadelphia, New York City and Washington, DC, the company became 100% employee-owned through an employee stock ownership plan in 2017.
