Sayata Labs has hired Mat Reardon as business development manager for the East Coast and Tim Regilio to manage West Coast activities also as business development manager.
Reardon will manage all current and prospective partner relationships on the East Coast. He previously oversaw strategic broker relationships as well as developed new commercial lines business for Beazley Insurance, managing the New England region.
Prior to Beazley, Reardon held roles both as a business development executive at Ultra Insurance and as a senior underwriter for AIG.
As business development manager, Regilio will oversee all Sayata business development operations on the West Coast.
With more than 17 years of experience in the insurance industry, he was previously head of broker relations in the Northwest region for Beazley Insurance, where he managed select national broker relationships and drove new business and cross-sell opportunities for underwriting teams. Prior to Beazley, he held similar roles at AIG and
Principal Financial Group.
Reardon and Regilio will both report to Sayata Labs Head of Insurance Kingsley Flynn.
Sayata helps insurance carriers and brokers maximize their cyber business while simultaneously providing insureds with knowledge about their cyber posture so they can better resist cyber threats. The Sayata team comprises cybersecurity, data science and insurance experts and is headquartered in Boston, Mass.
