
Timothy Folk has joined Alliant Insurance Services, headquartered in Irvine, California, as executive vice president, Alliant Specialty, in the firm’s agribusiness industry vertical. Folk focuses on food and beverage manufacturers and distributors and maintains a healthcare focus on aging services and hospitals and health systems. Folk will lead and grow Alliant’s presence in the Philadelphia market.
Folk’s healthcare focus began during his tenure at The Graham Company in Philadelphia. Hemost recently served as executive vice president at Lockton Companies and previously served as a managing director at Beacher Carlson.
Clyde & Co. Law Firm Adds Maroney in New York

Global law firm Clyde & Co, headquartered in London, appointed Thomas Maroney as partner in its New York office.
Maroney joins the firm from Kennedys, where he was a partner. He previously served as a partner at Lewis Bribois, a claims specialist at XL Caitlin and a claims representative, construction claims at Chubb. He has extensive experience in claims related to primary and excess general liability, construction (New York Labor Law), transportation and hospitality.
