Rosenberg & Parker (R&P), headquartered in Wayne, Pennsylvania, named three new partners who join CEO Matt Rosenberg and Sr. Partner Chad Rosenberg as owners.
New partner President Jack Rosenberg joined R&P as a producer in 2018 after beginning his career at Susquehanna International Group. In 2021, Rosenberg was named the director of advisory and production in 2021 and president in 2025.
Director of Advisory and Productions and Energy Practice Leader James DiSciullo joined R&P as a producer in 2019 from Exelon. He was named vice president, energy practice leader, in 2022 and promoted to director of advisor and production in 2025.
Financial Sponsors Practice Leader Harry G. Rosenberg joined R&P as a producer in 2021 following five years at The Blackstone Group on the capital markets team for the private equity and energy groups. In 2023, he was promoted to vice president, financial sponsors practice leader.
