Satellite Agency Network Group, Inc. (SAN), headquartered in Hampton, New Hampshire, hired Sherri Warcholic as regional vice president for Connecticut and Rhode Island.
Warcholic will focus on identifying and developing membership opportunities, supporting agency growth throughout the region. Before SAN, Warcholic spent more than a decade with Liberty Mutual/Comparion Insurance, where she served as a lead sales representative. Warcholic also served as a team lead.
RCM&D Appoints DeCroes as Surety Division Director
RCM&D, headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland, hired Courtney DeCroes as surety division director. DeCroes leads strategic initiatives and oversees the division’s operations for clients nationally and across the Mid-Atlantic region.
DeCroes has 15 years of experience in the surety industry, managing complex portfolios and crafting tailored solutions for businesses in a wide range of sectors. She most recently served as director of surety at Gallagher and previously served as director of surety at Assured Partners.
