People Moves: RT Specialty Environmental & Construction Practice Elevates Four

RT Specialty’s Hamilton, New Jersey office, which is part of RT Specialty’s Environmental and Construction Professional (RT ECP) Practice, promoted four team members to new roles.

Zack Kalet is advancing to consultant. Kalet joined RT ECP in April 2022 as a part-time account administrator.

Stacy Burrows was promoted to account executive. Burrows joined RT ECP in 2012. She has worked in multiple roles at RT ECP.

David Hart joined RT ECP in 2024. He is being promoted from account administrator to account manager.

Jeff Youmans joined RT ECP in 2022 as an account administrator and quickly worked his way up to account manager and now to senior account manager. His expertise includes the operation of construction drones. He has been promoted to senior account manager.
