Stewart Information Services Acquires Telecommunications Specialist Tower Title

September 2, 2026

Houston-based title insurer and real estate services firm Stewart Information Services Corp. reports it has acquired East Providence, Rhode Island-based Tower Title, a national specialist in title services for the telecommunications industry.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2019, Tower Title serves the telecommunication industry, while also servicing solar farms, wind turbines, data centers, and billboards.

Telecommunications firms rely on title insurance to protect the land they lease or purchase for their data centers, cell towers, data centers, fiber optic lines, and rooftop equipment against boundary disputes, ownership claims or legal defects.

The acquisition strengthens and diversifies Stewart’s National Commercial Services (NCS), specifically the company’s Energy & Infrastructure group, by adding a complementary infrastructure business.

“The commercial energy and infrastructure sectors have exploded over recent years, and by investing in complementary businesses that enhance our customer offerings, we are creating a sought-after destination for new and existing projects across the country,” said Erin Sheckler, Group President, Stewart NCS.

“With the backing of a strong national underwriter, we will be able to build on our success while continuing to deliver the high level of service our customers expect,” said Kevin Bradley, co-founder and CEO of Tower Title.

Turk & Co. served as financial advisor to Tower Title in this transaction.
