In a move made possible by Aegon’s July 1999 acquisition of Transamerica, the worksite marketing divisions of eight companies have joined forces to form a new organization, Transamerica Worksite Marketing.
The new organization is expecting $50 million in estimated new premium in its first year of operation, and its member companies consistently rank high in industry ratings.
Operating under the banner of its newly launched brand slogan, “The Total Solutions Provider,” TWM’s new combined product line includes more than two dozen products and services ranging from life, health, accident, dental and long-term care insurance to investment products and flexible benefits administration.
The American operations are part of Aegon N.V., an international insurance group based in the Netherlands.
