A.M. Best Co. announced that it has placed the financial strength rating of “B++” (Very Good) of Alliance International Reinsurance Company, based in Limassol, Cyprus, under review with developing implications.
Best said it had taken the rating action following the company’s announcement “that it is to allow the conduct of a due diligence process by a prospective buyer.”
