American International Underwriters (AIU), the international P/C division of American International Group (AIG), has announced it will offer a series of podcasts or audiocasts, entitled “‘AIUcasts,’ created and presented by experts in the fields of risk, risk management and insurance.” Each of the AIUcasts will be offered in several languages.
“The 10-minute AIUcasts, available at: www.aiucasts.com, are designed for brokers and clients outside of the United States,” said the bulletin. “Topics currently include directors & officers insurance, infrastructure projects in Brazil, the benefits of office disaster recovery insurance, and kidnap prevention. Future topics will include trends in product recalls and information on environmental risks.”
Michael Sherman, President of AIU Commercial Lines, noted that the podcasts are “an easy way to keep up-to-date on important topics worldwide, and to learn about how AIU can help address the many risks faced in today’ s environment.” He added that they are part of “AIU’ s commitment to provide easy access to up-to-date information on issues of concern to our customers.”
