Marsh announced from its London office that Carrick Lambert has been appointed as Managing Director, EMEA [Europe, Middle East, Africa] Financial Institutions Industry Practice.
He joins Marsh from Aon’s Global and UK Financial Institutions Industry Practices, where he most recently served as Managing Director. Lambert has more than 15 years experience at senior levels in the financial sector.
Mark Pollard, Head of Marsh’s Industry Groups across EMEA, commented: “In the face of ever-increasing market and regulatory complexity, financial institutions are demanding superb products and services that are tailored to their particular needs. These solutions can only be provided by advisors with expert industry knowledge.” He indicated that Lambert was indeed in that category, and said he is looking forward to working with him.
Lambert praised Marsh as possessing the “the brand, intellectual property and resources to create real value for clients.” He indicated he is looking forward to providing “risk advice and risk solutions to financial institutions,” and working with Marsh’s clients in the field.
