London’s Oxygen Insurance Appoints Rowlands Head of Office

Oxygen Insurance Brokers, a subsidiary of Oxygen Holdings plc, has appointed Simon Rowlands as head of office, Oxygen Corporate Risks, (Leeds).

Rowlands recently joined Oxygen as senior client director from Barlett. He is a fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute and is active in the British Insurance Brokers’ Association (BIBA).
