I wanted to make you aware of the fact that we have been filing complaints against AVIS/BUDGET and FIAT for an accident that happened almost 10 months ago on July 13, 2013 in Sindelfingen, Germany without any credible reply from AVIS. They rented us a FIAT 500 at Frankfurt Airport, which when an auto hit us going over twice the speed limit of 100 km/hour, we were almost killed instantly. The airbags did not deploy and the seat belts did not tighten and the enraged German man rammed our car into the center divider across two fast lanes of Autobahn 81 traffic. I was seriously injured with surgery, many ongoing medical treatments and more surgery needed, because German Doctors could not see any of my medical issues, except my broken nose, which was the least of the injuries. My friend traveling with me also received injuries that have required surgery and more in the future.
I think AVIS GERMANY and my lawyer have contacted you on my behalf.
However, I am continuing going public around the world to let them know that Big Business can crush me to death, but I will not die without a fight.

THE GERMAN DOCTORS ONLY SAID I HAD A BROKEN NOSE …dah AFTER LOSING ABOUT 20% OF MY BLOOD THIS WAS A NO BRAINER FOR ANYONE TO SAY I HAD A BROKEN NOSE.
When the ambulance first arrived I complained about my right leg that had been cut up and hurt. It was only in December 2013, that I had such excruciating pain that I made an appointment with Baylor Hospital Orthopedic doctor. They checked first to see if I had a broken ankle, but that was negative, so I was given orthopedic inserts. When the pain got worse from December 2013 to March 2014, I made an appointment with Orthopedic Associates of Dallas and saw Dr. Brodsky on April 9, 2014 and he took more Xrays and said that I had a torn tendon on my right ankle. Today, April 30, 2014, I got a special brace for my right leg / ankle. I will see Dr Brodsky again on May 30, 2014 and he said that if there is no improvement that I would need leg/ankle surgery to correct the injury from the July 13, 2013 accident in Germany.
I am not able to afford the $1000/ week for vertigo problem from my concussion to the head and had to stop treatment after 5 weeks, since it is not covered by Medicare or my Medigap Insurance.
I am 71 years old. In most cases in Germany anyone over the age of 60 is considered not worthy of providing anything valuabe to “The German Society”.
WHAT A WAY TO MARGINALIZE PEOPLE. This is nothing new in Germany, but a very sad commentary on its people and its bureaucratic way of thinking.
THE FRIEND THAT I WAS TRAVELING WITH HAD A BROKEN TAILBONE, TORN BICEP MUSCLE AND SEVERE DAMAGE TO THE RIGHT ROTOR CUFF, WHICH NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED SURGICALLY. IT IS 9 ½ MONTHS AFTER THE ACCIDENT IN GERMANY AND HE IS STILL IN A LOT OF PAIN.
THE GERMAN DOCTORS TOLD HIM THAT THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG AND HE SHOULD JUST TAKE AN ASPIRIN.
WHAT KIND OF MEDICINE ARE THEY PRACTICING IN GERMANY???

“BOYCOTT AVIS AND FIAT” !!!
NOTE: My friend and I were almost killed by AVIS / FIAT rental car on Autobahn 81 Sindelfingen in Germany on July 13, 2013. Our AVIS/FIAT AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY and our SEATBELTS DID NOT TIGHTEN, when this GERMAN MAN RAMMED INTO OUR CAR IN A ZONE of 60 mph doing about 150 miles per hour and sent our car airborne at a 90 degree angle ramming us into the center divider.
This GERMAN MAN (who I will not identify on the internet for legal reasons) should have been arrested immediately on the spot by the German Police, who wrote up an incorrect police report saying that the German driver was seriously injured and taken by ambulance to the hospital.
The real story is that I was the only one in serious condition taken by ambulance to the Sindelfingen Hospital, while the GERMAN POLICE ALLOWED THIS RECKLESS GERMAN DRIVER WITH ROAD RAGE TO JUST DRIVE AWAY.
We asked the GERMAN POLICE to correct the report countless times, as my friend speaks fluent German.
We signed a police document that gave us 90 days to respond to the Judge. However after we continued bugging the “seemingly” VERY INEPT, LAUGHING AND CORRUPT SINDELFINGEN / STUTTGART SüD GERMANY AUTOBAHN POLIZEI, after 45 days they must have gotten tired of our constant barrage of requests for a corrected Police Report, which the GERMAN AUTOBAHN POLIZEI STUTTGART SüD never provided us.
At the 45 day point, THE GERMAN JUDGE IN STUTTGART SAID THE CASE IS CLOSED, as we had taken too much time (The GERMAN JUDGE could not even add correctly, since 90 days minus 45 days does not equal ZERO.)
But then I am only an American, who had relatives that lived in Sindlefingen until WORLD WAR II, which using the 1/4 Jewish or 1/2 Jewish law in WWII, exterminating the 1/2 German Jews in early 1944, while the 1/4 German Jews were given SPECIAL PRIVILEGES and were not executed until the end of 1944.
BEING A JEW IN GERMANY TODAY IS NOT MUCH BETTER THAN IT WAS DURING WWII. The Germans are still hating us for being Jewish, but instead of executing us on the spot, they SMILE AT US WITH ALL THE SAME GERMAN HATRED.
I HAVE ALSO WRITTEN, ANGELA MERKEL, CHANCELLOR OF GERMANY, BUT I AM SURE THAT HER UNDERLINGS BURNED UP ALL MY EMAILS AND LETTERS, JUST LIKE THE WWII BOOK BURNINGS.
To AVIS this is just not a matter that they wish to address. We have called AVIS offices all over Germany, been constantly sent to talk to someone responsible in the USA only to be brushed off and told to return to GERMANY, where AVIS GERMANY treated us both worst than one who abuses dogs and is not brought to justice.
This GERMAN AVIS ATTITUDE was always “I do not know anything about your case”.
We have sent out full documentation to the German Police, several GERMAN AVIS OFFICES, AVIS UK and AVIS USA who after several months just told us to go back to AVIS in the USA.
Again AVIS sent us running all over the country, each time acting dumb. The AVIS contacts we had, as well as AVIS CEO RONALD NELSON, who has never had the courtesy to answer any of our letters or emails, because the AVIS agents must have Mr. Nelson’s approval to DEEP SIX everything that has a negative tone and puts AVIS IN A BAD SPOTLIGHT.
We were then sent to AVIS UK for a month, then AVIS Germany for a few more months and now back to AVIS AMERICA, who does not fall under any DOT regulations, but under Insurance Companies Regulations and since we all know that the Insurance Industry goes totally unregulated, that means that AVIS will sadly never have answer to anyone.
My partner and I have both had surgeries because of AVIS / FIAT and more surgeries and treatment in the future and NOT ONE PENNY FROM AVIS OR FIAT.
WE ARE ONLY COLLATERAL DAMAGE TO AVIS.

ALL JEWISH PEOPLE SHOULD BE AWARE THAT GERMANY IS STILL A VERY DANGEROUS COUNTRY TO TRAVEL IN.
A GERMAN MAN TRIED TO KILL US BY RAMMING OUR CAR AT OVER TWICE THE SPEED LIMIT OF !OO KM/H or 60 MPH. HE WAS TRAVELING AT ABOUT 150 MPH AND RAMMED OUR CAR INTO THE CENTER DIVIDER, WHERE WE WERE ALMOST KILLED.
THE GERMAN POLICE REFUSED TO ARREST THE MAN SINCE, THEY SAID IT WAS OUR WORD AGAINST HIS WORD.
THEY LET HIM DRIVE AWAY UNHARMED AND REPORTED THAT HE WAS TAKEN BY AMBULANCE TO THE HOSPITAL IN SERIOUS CONDITION.
I, KEN KLEIN, WAS THE ONLY ONE IN SERIOUS CONDITION AND WAS RUSHED TO THE HOSPITAL.
WE BUGGED THE POLICE OVER 20 TIMES, BUT WITH GERMAN SARCASM THEY SAID “IT WON’T MAKE A DIFFERENCE WHETHER THE REPORT, IS CORRECT OR NOT”… “IT WILL NOT MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE ANYWAYS”!!!” ………….WHAT???
WE ARE UNDERGOING SEVERAL SURGERIES IN AMERICA, BECAUSE 3 GERMAN HOSPITALS COULD FIND NOTHING WRONG WITH US.
TO BE A JEWISH PERSON TRAVELING IN GERMANY IS TAKING A BIG RISK, AS THE WWII MENTALITY WAS PASSED DOWN TO THE NEXT GENERATION, WHO LEARNED WELL HOW TO CARRY ON THEIR FEELINGS OF SUPERIORITY AGAINST OTHERS WHO THEY DEEM INFERIOR TO THEMSELVES.
I DEMAND AN APOLOGY FROM THE AVIS CEO, MR. RONALD NELSON, SINCE HE OR NONE OF HIS STAFF EVER CONTACTED ME AFTER I PERSONALY SENT HIM EMAILS AND A CERTIFIED LETTER.
I DEMAND AN APOLOGY FROM ALL THE 30 + AVIS GERMANY, AVIS UK AND AVIS USA OFFICES WHO LED US ASTRAY WITH FALSE INFORMATION FOR 9.5 MONTHS.
I DEMAND AN APOLOGY FROM THE AUTOBAHN STUTTGART SüD POLIZEI FOR ALL THEIR RUDENESS AND INCORRECT INFORMATION.
I DEMAND AN APOLOGY FROM THE GERMAN JUDGE, WHO ARBITRARILY DISMISSED OUR CASE, WHEN WE STILL HAD 7 MORE WEEKS TO FILE A CASE, PER GERMAN LAW.
I DEMAND AN APOLOGY FROM CHANCELLOR ANGELA MERKEL, WHO NEVER ANSWERED ANY OF OUR CORRESPONDENCE, SINCE “HER UNDERLINGS WERE ONLY CARRYING OUT ORDERS FROM ABOVE” WITH THEIR GERMAN BLINDERS. YES, YES….HISTORY FROM WWII IS REPEATING ITSELF AGAIN IN GERMANY.

I returned from 3 weeks in Germany and wanted to make you aware that hatred is very much alive in Germany from some of the people up to German Authorities with whom we had dealings. The following is a letter to several Jewish groups to make them aware of our experience in Germany. There is much more to tell you, but this email would take too long to write.
I am providing information on a horrible experience that we had in Germany July 12 through July 31, 2013, when we ended up 8 days in 3 German Hospitals, which was like being in a 3rd world country.
ONLY UPON RETURN TO AMERICA WAS I TOLD BY OUTSTANDING OPTHALMOLOGISTS THAT I HAD A TORN RETINA IN THE RIGHT EYE. THIS NEEDED LAZER SURGERY, IMMEDIATELY UPON RETURN TO DALLAS, TO PREVENT ME FROM GOING BLIND. TEXAS RETINA ASSOCIATES USED STATE OF THE ART DIGITAL IMAGING EQUIPMENT, INSTEAD OF GERMANY’S 1920’s TYPE OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT.
ALSO WHEN THE AVIS RENTAL FIAT AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY, MY HEAD CRASHED INTO THE REAR VIEW MIRROR DRIVING IT THROUGH THE WINDSHIELD. FROM THIS IMPACT I RECEIVED A BROKEN NOSE; BUCKLED AIR NASEL PASAGE , MAKING BREATHNG MORE DIFFICLT; A CONCUSSION TO THE HEAD, WHICH THE DOCTORS ARE TRING TO DETERMINE IF THAT IS CAUSING MY VERTIGO AND FALLING OVER;
IN THE LEFT EYE IN FRONT OF THE MACULA THERE IS A MINISCULE POINT ON THE FOVEA, WHERE THE WHIPLASH FROM THE ACCIDENT HAS A CORRIGATED LOOK AND THAT CAUSES ME TO HAVE NO CENTRAL VISION IN MY LEFT EYE. THE NEURO-OPTHALMOLOGISTS AT UNIV. TEXAS / SOUTHWESTERN HAVE SAID THAT I WILL NOT REGAIN SIGHT IN MY LEFT EYE AND THERE IS NO POSSIBILITY OF ANY SURGERY TO CORRECT VISION IN MY LEFT EYE;
CRUSHED RIBS FROM BEING SLAMMED INTO THE STEERING WHEEL RESULTING IN SEVERE LUNG CONTUSSIONS; BROKEN LEFT WRIST AND A BROKEN POSTERIOR RIGHT RIB.
THE GERMAN DOCTORS ONLY SAID I HAD A BROKEN NOSE …dah AFTER LOSING ABOUT 20% OF MY BLOOD THIS WAS A NO BRAINER FOR ANYONE TO SAY I HAD A BROKEN NOSE.
When the ambulance first arrived I complained about my right leg that had been cut up and hurt. It was only in December 2013, that I had such excruciating pain that I made an appointment with Baylor Hospital Orthopedic doctor. They checked first to see if I had a broken ankle, but that was negative, so I was given orthopedic inserts. When the pain got worse from December 2013 to March 2014, I made an appointment with Orthopedic Associates of Dallas and saw Dr. Brodsky on April 9, 2014 and he took more Xrays and said that I had a torn tendon on my right ankle. Today, April 30, 2014, I got a special brace for my right leg / ankle. I will see Dr Brodsky again on May 30, 2014 and he said that if there is no improvement that I would need leg/ankle surgery to correct the injury from the July 13, 2013 accident in Germany.
I am not able to afford the $1000/ week for vertigo problem from my concussion to the head and had to stop treatment after 5 weeks, since it is not covered by Medicare or my Medigap Insurance.
I am 71 years old. In most cases in Germany anyone over the age of 60 is considered not worthy of providing anything valuabe to “The German Society”.
WHAT A WAY TO MARGINALIZE PEOPLE. This is nothing new in Germany, but a very sad commentary on its people and its bureaucratic way of thinking.
THE FRIEND THAT I WAS TRAVELING WITH HAD A BROKEN TAILBONE, TORN BICEP MUSCLE AND SEVERE DAMAGE TO THE RIGHT ROTOR CUFF, WHICH NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED SURGICALLY. IT IS 9 ½ MONTHS AFTER THE ACCIDENT IN GERMANY AND HE IS STILL IN A LOT OF PAIN.
THE GERMAN DOCTORS TOLD HIM THAT THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG AND HE SHOULD JUST TAKE AN ASPIRIN.
WHAT KIND OF MEDICINE ARE THEY PRACTICING IN GERMANY???
”AVIS + FIAT + GERMANY + GERMAN MENTALITY CAN KILL YOU” !!!
PROSECUTE AVIS GERMANY & AVIS USA + FIAT for all the people that they have killed or maimed for Life, by NOT inspecting and / or not building the vehicles correctly.
“BOYCOTT AVIS AND FIAT” !!!
NOTE: My friend and I were almost killed by AVIS / FIAT rental car on Autobahn 81 Sindelfingen in Germany on July 13, 2013. Our AVIS/FIAT AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY and our SEATBELTS DID NOT TIGHTEN, when this GERMAN MAN RAMMED INTO OUR CAR IN A ZONE of 60 mph doing about 150 miles per hour and sent our car airborne at a 90 degree angle ramming us into the center divider.
This GERMAN MAN (who I will not identify on the internet for legal reasons) should have been arrested immediately on the spot by the German Police, who wrote up an incorrect police report saying that the German driver was seriously injured and taken by ambulance to the hospital.
The real story is that I was the only one in serious condition taken by ambulance to the Sindelfingen Hospital, while the GERMAN POLICE ALLOWED THIS RECKLESS GERMAN DRIVER WITH ROAD RAGE TO JUST DRIVE AWAY.
We asked the GERMAN POLICE to correct the report countless times, as my friend speaks fluent German.
We signed a police document that gave us 90 days to respond to the Judge. However after we continued bugging the “seemingly” VERY INEPT, LAUGHING AND CORRUPT SINDELFINGEN / STUTTGART SüD GERMANY AUTOBAHN POLIZEI, after 45 days they must have gotten tired of our constant barrage of requests for a corrected Police Report, which the GERMAN AUTOBAHN POLIZEI STUTTGART SüD never provided us.
At the 45 day point, THE GERMAN JUDGE IN STUTTGART SAID THE CASE IS CLOSED, as we had taken too much time (The GERMAN JUDGE could not even add correctly, since 90 days minus 45 days does not equal ZERO.)
But then I am only an American, who had relatives that lived in Sindlefingen until WORLD WAR II, which using the 1/4 Jewish or 1/2 Jewish law in WWII, exterminating the 1/2 German Jews in early 1944, while the 1/4 German Jews were given SPECIAL PRIVILEGES and were not executed until the end of 1944.
BEING A JEW IN GERMANY TODAY IS NOT MUCH BETTER THAN IT WAS DURING WWII. The Germans are still hating us for being Jewish, but instead of executing us on the spot, they SMILE AT US WITH ALL THE SAME GERMAN HATRED.
I HAVE ALSO WRITTEN, ANGELA MERKEL, CHANCELLOR OF GERMANY, BUT I AM SURE THAT HER UNDERLINGS BURNED UP ALL MY EMAILS AND LETTERS, JUST LIKE THE WWII BOOK BURNINGS.
To AVIS this is just not a matter that they wish to address. We have called AVIS offices all over Germany, been constantly sent to talk to someone responsible in the USA only to be brushed off and told to return to GERMANY, where AVIS GERMANY treated us both worst than one who abuses dogs and is not brought to justice.
This GERMAN AVIS ATTITUDE was always “I do not know anything about your case”.
We have sent out full documentation to the German Police, several GERMAN AVIS OFFICES, AVIS UK and AVIS USA who after several months just told us to go back to AVIS in the USA.
Again AVIS sent us running all over the country, each time acting dumb. The AVIS contacts we had, as well as AVIS CEO RONALD NELSON, who has never had the courtesy to answer any of our letters or emails, because the AVIS agents must have Mr. Nelson’s approval to DEEP SIX everything that has a negative tone and puts AVIS IN A BAD SPOTLIGHT.
We were then sent to AVIS UK for a month, then AVIS Germany for a few more months and now back to AVIS AMERICA, who does not fall under any DOT regulations, but under Insurance Companies Regulations and since we all know that the Insurance Industry goes totally unregulated, that means that AVIS will sadly never have answer to anyone.
My partner and I have both had surgeries because of AVIS / FIAT and more surgeries and treatment in the future and NOT ONE PENNY FROM AVIS OR FIAT.
WE ARE ONLY COLLATERAL DAMAGE TO AVIS.
