Allied World Assurance Company Holdings, AG announced that Allied World Europe has expanded its professional liability team with the addition of two new vice presidents, Alec Goodair as Vice President, European Financial Institutions and Nicholas Lee as Vice President, European Professional Indemnity. Both will be based in Allied World’s London office.
Ed Moresco, Senior Vice President, Bermuda & International Product Line Manager, Professional Lines commented: “We continue expanding our international professional liability team to better serve the needs of our clients and trading partners; adding that the two new VP’s “technical expertise in their respective lines and their reputation in the London market will be instrumental as we look to grow these books.”
Goodair has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry. He was most recently Vice President, Major Accounts Manager, Commercial Insurance, for AIG Europe. Prior to joining the carrier side, he worked at both Marsh and Aon focusing on international accounts.
Lee also has substantial experience on both the carrier and broking side working in both Europe and the Asia Pacific markets. Before joining Allied World, he was most recently Vice President, Financial Lines Manager at AIG based in London.
