Catalina Holdings (Bermuda) Ltd. announced that “following receipt of approvals from the Central Bank of Ireland and from the High Court of Ireland, it completed the portfolio transfer of UK and EU insurance liabilities in run-off from Quinn Insurance Limited (under administration) to its wholly owned subsidiary, Catalina Insurance Ireland Limited, on 30 June 2015.”
