Assicurazioni Generali SpA hired Anna Khazen as head of investments for its asset-management unit.
Khazen will cover all asset classes in her new role, said a company official, who asked not to be identified citing company policy. She is based in Paris and reports to Santo Borsellino, CEO of Generali Investments Europe SpA, the unit which manages more than €370 billion ($416 billion) of assets, said the official.
Khazen was head of credit trading and the securitized products group for Europe, the Middle East and Africa [EMEA] at Morgan Stanley, before leaving the bank earlier this year.
She declined to comment on her new role.
