Chubb Global Markets, the London-based wholesale insurance division of Chubb, announced the appointment of Martin Stevens as chairman of its aviation division.
Stevens has more than 40 years of insurance industry experience, including a series of senior aviation underwriting positions. In his new role he will contribute to the strategic management of the Chubb Global Market’s aviation portfolio as well as to the development of the team.
Stevens will be based in London, reporting to Matthew Shaw, division president, Chubb Global Markets. His appointment is effective immediately.
“Martin, with his wealth of insurance industry experience and market knowledge is a great addition to our team and will help us to further expand our aviation capabilities. I, along with the whole team, very much look forward to working with him,” commented Shaw.
