Global insurance broker Hub International Ltd. has acquired New Dimensions Underwriters Ltd.
Based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, New Dimensions is a managing general agency. Russ Davis, the owner and president of New Dimensions, will join Hub Financial and be part of its management team.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
