Bermuda-based specialty insurer and reinsurer Argo Group International Holdings is rebranding its subsidiary Ariscom to ArgoGlobal Assicurazioni following Argo Group’s acquisition of the digital Italian specialty insurance subsidiary in March.
As announced in April 2018, Giovanni Tucci serves as managing director of the business and reports to Matt Harris, Head of Europe, Middle East and Asia.
“This new branding further unifies the company and reflects Argo’s extensive ambitions for the Italian marketplace,” said Harris.
