Hilb Rogal and Hamilton Co. (HRH) announced it had acquired substantially all of the operations of Dulaney, Johnston & Priest (DJ&P), an insurance agency headquartered in Wichita, Kansas. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
With over $6.5 million in annual revenues, DJ&P has been providing traditional risk management services, property and casualty and employee benefit products to its clients for nearly one hundred years. Operating in four Kansas locations, with approximately 70 employees, DJ&P is one of the largest agencies in the state.
David J. Callaway, president of DJ&P, will join HRH as president of this new subsidiary. Callaway and his staff will continue serving clients at their current locations under the direction of William L. Chaufty, HRH’s central regional director.
Hilb, Rogal and Hamilton Company provides insurance and risk management services to a wide spectrum of clients through a network of approximately 75 offices in the United States.
