The Indiana Department of Insurance will hold back-to-back public hearings on two proposed rules on June 13.
At 10:00 a.m. the department will hold a hearing on a proposed amendment to 760 IAC 1-50 regarding insurance agent continuing education. At 10:30 a.m., the department will hold a hearing on a proposed rule regarding credit insurance. The hearings will be held at the offices of the Department of Insurance.
Copies of the two proposed rules are now on file at the Department of Insurance, 311 West Washington Street, Suite 300 and Legislative Services Agency, One North Capitol, Suite 325, Indianapolis, Ind.
