Hartland, Wis.-based insurance software-maker AQS Inc. has added Christian Rosenstock as vice president of implementation services. Rosenstock will be responsible for managing the Implementation Services (IS) group as well as the strategic management of client implementations of V3 Galileo, AQS’ premier Web-centric commercial policy administration system.

“Christian is a key addition to our team and we look forward to his project management skills, leadership and vast technical experience benefiting the growth and evolution of AQS,” said Kevin Flanagan, AQS CEO. “He has the rare combination of technology and project management expertise we have been looking for as we continue to properly position AQS for future success.”

The IS group works with clients to determine their business requirements and develops implementation plans, applying formal project management methodology and principles to ensure clients’ expectations are well-defined. The group works with the AQS technical services group and is focused on timeliness and quality of deliverables, while providing recommendations and guidance to clients throughout the entire process.

Rosenstock spent the past four years with the Bank of New York as vice president of technology solutions. Prior to that, he served EDS, financial services division, and State Farm Insurance in several product, analyst and support functions. In addition, he has attained certification as a project management professional. Rosenstock is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University with a master’s degree from Illinois State University.
