Columbus, Ohio-based Grange Insurance said it is employing a new technology that will allow its agents a more accurate, faster process for real-time submission of policy changes and new business.
Grange said its agents will use a program called SEMCI Parnter by Strategic Insurance Software to quickly find customer information, make payments and view claims, without the need to log on to another system. The technology also allows agents to write new policies and change requests in their PARTNER system and automatically populate GAINWebSM, Grange’s policy quoting, issuance and policy servicing system for personal, commercial and life insurance.
Grange Insurance, which owns Grange Bank, does business in Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Tennessee and Wisconsin. Policyholders in Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin are served by Integrity Mutual of Appleton, Wis., an affiliate of Grange Mutual Casualty Group.
