Hawkeye-Security Insurance, a member of Liberty Mutual Group, has been named 2007 Top Partner insurer by the Missouri Association of Insurance Agents (MAIA). The award was presented to President and Chief Executive Officer David L. Lancaster during the MAIA annual convention held this month in Osage Beach, Mo.
“We are very honored by this recognition from Missouri’s independent agents and their Board, all the more so because we have worked so hard to strengthen and further agent relationships here,” said Lancaster. “This award reflects our ongoing commitment to provide our agents with greater efficiency, local decision making, and strong relationships to help them better serve our mutual customers and grow profitably.”
The MAIA Top Partner Award, nominated by MAIA member agencies and voted on by MAIA’s Board of Directors, recognizes an insurer for its outstanding commitment to and support of the American Agency System and its independent insurance agent partners.

In May, Hawkeye-Security Insurance was recognized for the second consecutive year by ACORD for leadership in providing its appointed agents with real-time workflow to quote personal and commercial lines business.
