Fiserv FSC Insurance Solutions, a business unit of Fiserv, Inc. recently announced real-time rating capabilities for insurance professionals in Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
According to the company statement, producers who use MI-Rater now have the capability to access real-time insurance rates.
MI-Rater is a comparative rating system that provides: manufactured rates and carrier direct real-time rates; integration to carrier and third party software; and a complete library of ACORD and carrier supplemental forms.
The rating system enables agents to enter information one time and retrieve accurate rates from a comprehensive list of carriers. Once the producer has chosen a carrier, it can then transfer the client data into the integrated forms system or directly to the carrier’s policy submission system for processing.
“We are truly excited to offer real-time rating to our agencies in the Midwest.” said Paul Areida, president of Fiserv FSC Insurance Solutions. “Now, producers looking for accurate rates can be assured that the rates obtained though real-time rater are the same rates you would have received from the carriers directly.”
