Preferred Professional Insurance Company (PPIC), an Omaha-based Catholic-owned medical liability insurance firm, recently announced two additions to its staff: Lyda H. Whiteside as account executive, and Lisa M. Wendell as agency account coordinator.
Whiteside will be responsible for generating new business for PCI, PPIC’s wholly owned subsidiary agency. She has extensive experience in property and casualty insurance related to agency, customer service, and management. The last several years she has worked with AAA Motor Club in Colorado and Nebraska in customer service, as a branch manager and most recently as an operations manager.
Wendell will support the daily operations of PCI agency services; maintaining, expanding, and servicing new and existing customers. She served as a personal lines account manager for Omaha Insurance Services in addition to having experience as an operations manager for a financial services corporation.
PPIC specializes in medical liability insurance for physicians associated with its nationwide network of Catholic health care owner systems.
