    I think these consumers knew they were buying fake certs. It happened here in Las Vegas sometime back and the agency was selling them for about $50.00. Everyone has to know that insurance costs more than a one time fee of $50.00.

    @ Big D, I’ve heard them called Dewey, Cheatham & Howe. I think it comes from the 3 Stooges.
