Insurers Oppose Minnesota Consumer Credit Ban Bill

    I wish they would ban the use of credit scores in my state so the rates would go up and I would make more commission. I also love ambulance chasers too. They really keep the liability rates high.

    What has this foreclosure mess done to insured’s credit ratings? Oh no! They can’t pay more for auto/home insurance. It’s discrimination. It’s just a matter of time before Congress outlaws credit scoring altogether for any purpose. Can’t get the economy moving if people can’t afford to finance it.
