    got to love the dems and the trial lawyers. next up, the dems are going to complain about the high cost of health insurance…oh wait.

    seriously, how is it that the survivors get to sue for pain and suffering? they already get loss of consortium why the pain and suffering? what physical injury did they incur that caused pain and suffering?

    too bad stories like this don’t get coverage during the health care debate, it would really blow the issue of cost containment through the roof. sure lets increase the underlying costs of health care but then reduce the premiums that need to be paid to cover those costs. what a bunch of clowns.

    If all it takes is the vote of the Wisconsin Assembly and the signature of Governor Doyle, this is a done deal.
