Amerisure Employee Wins International Risk Management Award

Michigan-based Amerisure Mutual Insurance Co. announced that Nancy J. Fournier, corporate insurance coordinator, was named International Risk Management Professional of the Year by the International Association of Insurance Professionals. The recognition took place during the association’s 70^th Annual Convention in Las Vegas.

The award acknowledges a risk management professional who has demonstrated knowledge and leadership in the field, along with professional advancement through educational pursuits and active participation in association-sponsored activities. Fournier was selected out of nine regional finalists.

Fournier holds the following designations: Associate in Claims, Associate in General Insurance, Casualty Claim Law Associate, Certified Professional Insurance Woman and Diversified Advanced Education designations. She has been with Amerisure for more than 11 years.
