Two members have been added to the board of Minnesota’s FAIR plan and one new member has been added to the state’s workers’ comp insurance association.
The FAIR Plan is Minnesota’s statutorily created limited property insurer for those properties not able to obtain coverage from the private market.
New members to the plan’s board of directors appointed by Commerce Commissioner Mike Rothman are Mike McHugh and Thom Peterson.
The Minnesota Workers’ Compensation Insurance Association (MWCIA) is a data service organization for workers compensation data collection, analysis, and products. Kevin Greggerson is the association’s newest member.
McHugh is president of Midwest Construction Group and the former executive director of the National Association of Minority Contractors, Midwest region.
Peterson is director of government relations for the Minnesota Farmers Union.
Greggerson is program administrator of the Union Construction Workers’ Compensation Program for Wilson-McShane Corporation.
