Chicago-based CNA Financial Corp. has appointed J. Michael Kirchgessner as vice president of Umbrella for Commercial Underwriting.
Kirchgessner will begin with CNA on Aug. 13.
He comes to CNA with almost 20 years of industry experience. He most recently held the position of vice president, regional underwriting manager for ACE Risk Management.
CNA has been providing commercial umbrella coverage for more than 50 years.
