The National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI) has filed for an 4.5 percent decrease in voluntary advisory insurance rates in Illinois, effective Jan. 1, 2014.
The Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission noted the filing follows a 3.8 percent decrease in 2013. These reductions follow the enactment of House Bill 1698 on June 28, 2011.
