Insurance broker, USI Insurance Services (USI), has acquired Quintessential Advisors Ltd. (Quintessential) headquartered in Dayton, Ohio. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Quintessential Advisors was founded in 1995 as an independent firm with experienced financial professionals specializing in insurance, investments and employee benefits.
Robert J. Cornett, Jr. and Judith K. Williams, co-partners of Quintessential Advisors, will join the USI team.
USI is headquartered in Valhalla, N.Y., and operates out of approximately 100 offices across the United States.
