Missouri-based Columbia Insurance Group (CIG) welcomed Kansas native Kelly Klug, as its new chief financial officer, senior vice president and treasurer.
Klug is a trusted insurance and financial professional with over 30 years of proven success. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated solid leadership skills, a commitment to continued insurance education, and loyalty to those he serves.
Klug will direct all accounting information systems, as well as all financial reporting, planning and compliance. He will officially assume the title of chief financial officer on Aug. 2, after the current CFO, Roger Ballard, retires with over 30 years of service to CIG.
CIG has five branch locations: Atlanta, GA; Austin, Texas; Columbia, Mo.; Omaha, Neb.; Salina, Kan.
