Westfield Insurance, a super-regional property/casualty insurance carrier based in Westfield Center, Ohio, has hired Brian Roche as its group procurement leader.
In this position, Roche will assume overall responsibility for Westfield’s procurement strategy, including strategic sourcing practices, purchase-to-pay policies and the vendor risk management program.
Roche joins Westfield from Citizens Bank, where he served in various leadership positions managing vendor risk, sourcing events and technology, and training programs. Before that, he was vice president, senior sourcing strategist for Key Bank National Association.
In all, he brings 15 years of procurement, financial and leadership experience to his new position with Westfield.
