Lockton Adds 2 Employee Benefits Experts in Omaha

Insurance broker Lockton announced that Molly Riley and Mary McMartin have joined its Omaha, Neb., office. Riley has joined as an employee benefits producer and McMartin has joined as an employee benefits account executive.

Riley comes to Lockton from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska as a senior sales executive. She specializes in employee benefits, bringing a holistic approach to clients’ programs.

Prior to her sales role at Blue Cross Blue Shield, Riley was a senior client consultant, where she focused on strategizing health solutions for identified trends. She began her career in the United States Air Force, where she served for more than seven years as a staff sergeant.

McMartin also comes to Lockton from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska as the director of account management and client consulting.

Prior to her role at Blue Cross Blue Shield, she was assistant vice president of employee benefits at Innovative Captive Strategies. She also spent six years at Holmes Murphy & Associates as a senior account manager.
