USI Insurance Services has acquired Hanratty & Associates Inc. in Plymouth, Minn.
The employees will remain at their current Plymouth location. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Hanratty & Associates has been providing employee benefits and consulting for nearly 40 years.
USI is a national insurance brokerage and consulting firm headquartered in Valhalla, N.Y.
