Columbus, Ohio-based Rockhill Insurance Group, a member of the State Auto Insurance Group has launched an excess and surplus (E&S) property unit.
Led by industry veteran Tracy Upton the unit is a catastrophe wind and all other peril (AOP) facility focused primarily on coastal risks.
The company said it is already receiving a large number of submissions from its wholesale brokers and is open for business, without restriction, in all states. Targeted classes are those associated with hospitality, institutional and commercial residential business segments with values over $10 million.
