Deerfield, Illinois-based Alera Group, a national employee benefits, property/casualty, risk management and wealth management firm, has appointed Bill Doucette as vice president of Human Resources and Organization Development.
Doucette will focus on uniting the best practices of Alera Group firms across the nation in the areas of human resources, talent management and organization effectiveness. He will implement unique human resources programs and policies that strengthen and support the national goals of Alera Group.
Previously vice president of Human Resources at NES Rentals Holdings, Doucette has more than 30 years of experience in the field of human resources. With a Ph.D. in Organization Development from Benedictine University, Doucette’s educational background has equipped him to build strong internal and external relationships in diverse organizational settings.
