Experienced lawyers and insurance professionals David Kramer and Theodore Nittis have launched Gemini Risk Partners as an independent professional liability insurance brokerage in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
The firm will focus on serving law firms, as it did when it was a division of the Oswald Companies. In addition to offering malpractice coverage and risk management services, Gemini will provide recommendations on appropriate coverage and program structure, claims assistance, insurance coverage counseling, and law firm operations consulting.
Kramer and Nittis were formerly employee-owners at Oswald Companies. The pair will continue their affiliation with Oswald for certain insurance business.
